Chocolate coated Oreos & Caramel Chocolate Popcorn

Method:

  1. Melt butter in pan on a low heat, add brown sugar and stir until combined.
  2. Bring caramel to the boil on a medium heat, stirring as you go. Once bubbling leave cooking for 4 minutes without stirring. (Make sure not to have the heat too high or your caramel with burn!)
  3. After 4 minutes stir in your bicarb soda and vanilla extract. It will get a tad smokey which you add it.
  4. Caramel is made now so grab your popcorn – freshly popped is best – pour in the popcorn and stir to coat.
  5. Once popcorn has completely cooled melt White and Milk Wonderbar in the microwave and drizzle over the top, add sprinkles.
  6. Using leftover White Wonderbar make the oreo pops.
  7. Open Oreo cookie, add white chocolate to set the pop stick. Leave to dry in the fridge for 10mins.
  8. Dip in white chocolate, double dip for a thicker coating.
  9. Then simply add sprinkles.
