Pistachio and Pomegranate White Chocolate Bark

Our Pistachio and Pomegranate White Chocolate Bark is the perfect fuss free treat, ready in less than 30 minutes.

Preparation Time –  30 minutes



  • 200g Homecook Wonderbar white chocolate
  • 75 salted, roasted pistachios
  • 45g pomegranate seeds


  1. Prepare a baking tray by lining with parchment paper.
  2. Place the white chocolate in a microwave safe glass bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir the chocolate and place back in the microwave for an additional 30 seconds and repeat until just melted. Stir gently until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared parchment paper sheet.
  4. Top the chocolate evenly with pistachios and pomegranate seeds. Be sure to press the toppings very gently into the chocolate so they set.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Break the bark in pieces and serve.
